Bay Area Divers - Lake Travis Underwater Clean-up

Bay Area Divers is forming a team for the Lake Travis Underwater Clean-up scheduled for Sunday, September 11, 2011. If you would like to be on the Bay Area Divers team, please reply to this email with the information requested in the below grid by September 2, 2011.

B.A.D. has been assigned to Mansfield Dam Park for the clean-up. Another team called Deep Blue Scuba will be conducting the other side of the park as well. They will arrive Sunday morning. There is not a designated section to be cleaned, it is all up for grabs.

For those that would like to come Saturday and campout, there will be a $20.00 per vehicle fee to campout at the park. The $10 registration fee is waived for BAD members. The club has reserved PODs 1 & 2. Please indicate "Yes" in the camping column if you plan to campout. A map of Mansfield Dam is attached. The park entry fee is also waived for Sunday, September 11, 2011.

Please bring your certification card and Release of Liability Form with you. Our team captain, Dave Romano, or his designee, will distribute wristbands after proof of certification and receipt of completed Release of Liability Form. The wristband entitles you to participate in the door prize drawings, a t-shirt, entry to the afterparty and lunch at Carlos' N Charlie's. Wristband distribution will be available at Mansfield Dam Park on Saturday, September 10, and Sunday morning. If you have questions, please contact David Romano at dromano@skynethouston.com
