October 14, 2006 - Annual Divers Flea Market

There are 2 consignment tables. One is for Bay Area Divers Club (BAD) members and the other is for non-members.

For BAD members:

Bay Area Divers maintains a table for it's members. Current members can place items on consignment to be sold at this table. All proceeds go to the seller member and there is no charge to place an item on consignment. There will be a log of all current members and items at the table. The items will be tagged with the selling price. All members are responsible for picking up their items before they leave the flea market. Bay Area Divers is not responsible for loss, damage or theft of items left at the consignment table. BAD individual membership annual dues are $15.

For non-BAD members:

Consignment Agreement
1. Bay Area Divers is not responsible for loss, damage or theft of items left at the consignment table.
2. Rates for the consignment sales are: 1-3 items, $5 + 10% commission; 4 or more items will be charged $5 per item + 10% commission. The $5 is to be paid at the time the item(s) is left for sale. The commission will be paid after item is sold.
3. All items or money must be picked up by 4:30 p.m. the day of the sale by owner or person previously identified to Bay Area Divers. Any items or money not picked up by 4:30 p.m. becomes the property of Bay Area Divers.
4. Bay Area Divers agrees to sell the item only for the price set by owner.

Note: If you have 2 or more items, it might be worthwhile to consider joining Bay Area Divers. An annual individual membership is only $15 and you get free admission to the flea market. Also, you can place your items for sale on the BAD table at no charge.

Another alternative is to get an individual's table. There are 3 rates for table rental. These are corporate or company, club or organization and individual. Individual's tables are $15. If you are an individual and have lots of stuff to sell, this might be the best choice.

This is the LARGEST Divers Flea Market in Texas with divers shopping for NEW and USED equipment and other diving related accessories. The admission fee is $4 and a Door Prize ticket will be given with each admission. Door Prizes will be given out every hour. The Flea Market will be open from 10am to 5pm.

The Flea Market will again be held at CD "CAP" Landolt Pavilion
